"Federation Tower" is the highest skyscraper in Europe, built on the 13th section of the Moscow International Business Center. The architectural project was developed by Sergei Cioban together with Peter Schweger. The complex consists of two towers erected on one stylobate. The first - the Tower "East" - a 97-story structure, the height is 374 meters. The second is the "West" Tower - a 63-story structure. The height is 242.4 meters. The total area of the premises is 442 915.2 sq.m.

During the construction of the complex, the strictest building standards in the world are applied. The basis for the "Tower Federation" complex is the foundation, which is based on a massive concrete slab. 14 thousand cubic meters of concrete were used for its filling, this achievement was even recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.

In 2009, the "West" Tower of the Federation business complex became the winner of the FIABCI "Prix d'Exellence" worldwide competition in the category "Office Real Estate". In 2011, the "Tower of the Federation" was awarded the "Real Estate Market Records" award in the "Business Center No. 1" nomination.

The "Tower Federation" complex houses offices and class A apartments that fully comply with the highest international standards. Stylobate - a 6-story atrium - occupy offices and a shopping gallery.
